Of Pacquiao and Mayweather Rift

Ok so much for the brouhaha that's been going on between these two great boxing fighters. The latest news is that Mayweather denying that any negotiation between his camp and Pacquiao's had ever taken place. Of course this made Arum look like a fool because he's been announcing that negotiations were indeed taking place and all issues had been ironed out and that it was just a matter of time before Mayweather would sign the agreement. I would tend to believe the latter not because I'm a Pacquiao fan but because Mayweather is just notorious for this kind of publicity stunt (if you may call it that). Even the president of HBO Ross Greenberg whose been trying to make the fight happen admitted that he acted as mediator between both camps and finds this whole thing unbelievable.

Everyone knows Floyd is just ducking Manny, its as simple as that. With his (Mayweather) clean no loss record, he thinks he'll go down in history as one unbeaten fighter. This won't be the case. While everyone's clamoring for the biggest fight in boxing history, here's little Mayweather holding them hostage with his antics. Anyway I'm not expecting the fight to happen, atleast not for now. As for Manny, I don't think he's got anything more to prove. Any fight he will be involved in would just be purely for the money including his upcoming fight with Margarito. You can bet on that..
